NHS midwife Charlotte on our mental health survey

Sep 16, 2019 //  by admin //  Leave a Comment

Jobmedic.co.uk held a very interesting survey around mental health issues among healthcare professionals asking 500 workers in the industry about their own experience. Here in our previous article you can view the full results :

Our findings revealed a series of issues faced by workers in the healthcare industry, but also ways as a society we can try and tackle them. Although we found out that a great number of the healthcare workforce suffers from mental health issues, we paradoxically found that more than 90% of them still find their job rewarding. This is a significant finding because it shows the mentality and the altruism these professionals display daily. Healthcare professionals answered that their job is rewarding because almost half of them said to have a touching moment per week, and 27% of them one per day!

Our survey results not only caught our attention but many other media wanted to learn more about it. Jobmedic.co.uk strongly supports healthcare workers and advocates for their rights. Our spokesperson NHS midwife Charlotte participated in more than 10 radio and TV interviews spreading our message to the world. Here’s a couple of her interviews giving her own view on our mental health survey and talking about current NHS problems:
